Still a month short of the release date for their upcoming album The Odd Couple, the newest project from Gnarls Barkley recently leaked to the net.

As previously reported, the duo's long awaited sophomore project is expected to hit stores next month, led by their first single "Run." While their April 8th release date still stands, overeager fans are already getting their fix by downloading the new project from file sharing sites.

This is just the latest bad news for Gnarls, who recently learned their new video for "Run," which features Justin Timberlake, has been temporarily banned from TV. The ban on "Run" was put in place because the video reportedly failed the Harding Test, a set of regulations put in place to prevent television images from causing epileptic seizures, because of the video's strobe effects.

Gnarls Barkley has already announced plans to film a video for their second single, "Who's Gonna Save My Soul." That project will be directed by Chris Milk, who previously took charge of Gnarls' "Gone Daddy Gone" video, as well as "All Falls Down," "Touch The Sky" and "Jesus Walks" for Kanye West.

Comprised of producer Danger Mouse and vocalist Cee-Lo Green, Gnarls captured two Grammy Awards for their first album 2006's St. Elsewhere.

The Odd Couple is scheduled to hit stores on April 8th.
