We first heard from you on your mixtape 'Soon You'll Understand' which came out early '05. Whats changed for you since then in regards to life and music?

A lot has changed with me since my mix cd "Soon You Will Understand". Now its like a few people undestood.

Murder Inc. consist of mainly artists from Queens, you being from The Bronx, how did you hook with Gotti and The Inc.?

I hooked up with The Inc, through Chris Gotti. I met him in a night club, I asked him ,"Do u want to make some new money?" he said hell yeah. I said,"Well here it is, and pointed to myself. And the rest is history.

Your mixtape was classic, good to hear from the BX again. We also noticed you were working with Brooklyn rapper Newz at the time. Are you still cool with him and is he still down with the Mpire?

Yeah I'm still cool with newz, but I think he's doing his own thing right now.

We've heard you mention a few times that you gave Scarface one of your songs. What's the story behind that?

I didn't give Scarface my song. I believe the producer of the track gave him my idea. I did a song called "Highbridge" it was about my block in the bronx, and Scarface came out with a song called "My Block", and he used the same beat and concept, maybe even some of my words, but I blame the producer of the track. It kind of felt good to know that scarface would use my idea, but hey I'm passed it.

Your album is going to be crazy, when will it be due and what producers and artists do you have working on it?

My album should be coming early next year...I'm looking foward to working with Chink Santana, new dude named Slim, umm and whatever is hot, and not kiling my damn budget.... Lol.

From just listening to tracks like 'Easier' and 'Been There, Done That (Pray)' it aint hard to tell that you're diverse with the flow and subject matter. What do you plan to bring new to the game? Are you going to touch on any consious/controversial matters like Loki? In other words, describe the sound you'll be bringing to hip hop.

I will do all kinds of songs..I'm a spirtual dude, so you will get that on my album, the album will be loved by the bitches, and respected by the thugs... I feel I bring somehing different to the Inc. Most of the artist on the label, have heavy voices and they are bascially hard artists. Me!.. I bring the smooth, the smooth criminal to the inc....Gotti told me,"O, just fuck with the BITCHES"...... Well that aint never been a problem.

When you write your rhymes, what do you draw on for inspiration and ideas?

My inspiration comes from what I see.....when I see Rule pull up in his Maybach, and then I see Gotti pull up in his............I'm like shit!!!!!!. I need that.... I need my shit coming down the block.. I need the people to say look at the Back to back to back champs....lol lol

We got word that you and Rule have been in the studio working on some material. What's it like working with an icon like Ja and is there any chance of a collaboration album/mixtape between you and the Ruler?

Working with Rule is cool. We have a lot in common so its easy for us to get shit done. Every time we work on some shit together, the shit come out HOT.....and as far as us doing a album together.......anything is possible, once we get the pieces in order, we are headed to the bank....so stay tuned!!

The fans can definately feel the movement the Mpire is creating, the takeover is drawing nearer. Is there any plans for a full Murder Inc. tour happening any time soon?

I'm not sure when the INC tour will be, just know it will be something you shouldn't miss.
